Project Management
Communication is the key to a job running smoothly!
We work with you to develop a custom-designed plan and budget for your entire home renovation or custom new home build project. To do this we contact industry professionals for accurate quotes and requirements, perform feasibility studies, detail the timelines and schedules, and secure all documentation and permits. Once the project begins, our cloud-based project management system ensures up-to-date budgeting and workflow scheduling to ensure maximum transparency and quality. You can expect complete onsite construction supervision and management, sourcing of all materials, bi-weekly client meetings, and dynamic budgeting and tracking. Once the project is done, that doesn’t mean that you are left hanging! We provide comprehensive 2, 5 and 10-year warranty for new homes, 3 and 12-month post construction consultation and repairs, as well as ongoing maintenance guidance and advice.
